So easy, I only used one bowl and a fork! The brownies are so chewy and soft. Enjoy this lovely healthy recipe!!! Avocado Brownies ♡ Ingredients: 1 big ripe avocado 2 eggs 1/2 cup (100g) coconut sugar 1 tbsp coconut oil (room temperature) 1/2 cup (50g) raw cacao powder 3 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. 2. Add the avocado to a large bowl and mash until completely smooth. 3. Add the eggs, coconut oil, and coconut blossom sugar. Whisk until well combined. 4. To the same bowl, add the oat flour (made by blending rolled oats into a fine flour), raw cacao powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a thick brownie batter forms. 5. If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips, then transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. You can also add nuts, coconut flakes, or other toppings before baking. 6. Bake for 16–20 minutes, until the edges are set and slightly crisp and a toothpick comes out clean. 7. Let the brownies cool for 5–10 minutes, then slice and enjoy! ♡ I made my oat flour by simply blending rolled oats with a food processor ♡ I baked my brownie in a glass container that comes with a bamboo lid, that way I can easily store it in there ♡ If you prefer normal sugar you can use light brown sugar instead of coconut sugar 📝Notes: I prefer to use raw, organic, and grass-fed ingredients whenever possible, as this is important to me and reflects my personal approach to cooking. However, feel free to adjust the recipe according to your own taste and preferences.
