This session only requires one kettlebell and is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for beginners as well. Remember no one is perfect first time, it takes a few goes of the same workout to get the hang of it and to start seeing progress. Keep up the great work and results will come. 🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise. If you don't have kettlebells you can use dumbbells.
