Valentine’s Cupcakes Recipe | Easy Homemade Vanilla Cupcakes ❤️🧁

Bake these soft and fluffy Valentine’s cupcakes from scratch using simple ingredients and easy steps. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, special occasions, or homemade gifts filled with love💕 Ingredients: 2 cups and ½ Cake Flour 1 and ½ cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder A pinch of salt 3 extra large eggs 1 cup sun foil cooking oil 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 block 500-gram WoodenSpoon Yellow Margarine 1kg icing sugar 2 tablespoons milk 1 cup pink sprinkles Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2. Place cupcake cases into muffin trays. 3. Cream your eggs, oil and vanilla essence till well mixed. 4. Mix all dry ingredients together and fold into egg mixture till well mixed. 5. Spoon Cake mix into muffin tray and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. 6. Take out oven and place onto a cooling rack. 7. Mix together wooden spoon, icing sugar and milk together. 8. Once cupcakes have cooled down, pipe and decorate accordingly. 9. Leave to set and enjoy.
