Roasted with Lipton onion soup mix, garlic, and olive oil, these savory red potatoes are perfectly seasoned and golden brown. A simple, crowd-pleasing recipe for any family dinner. Ingredients: • 2 lbs (907g) red Potatoes • 1 Lipton pouch onion soup mix • 1 Tbs (15g) fresh garlic or garlic • 1 Tbs (6g) dried onions • ½ stick (57g) butter melted • ¼ cup(108g) olive oil • Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C, 2. Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces set aside 3. In a small mixing bowl mix the soup mix, garlic, dried onions, melted bitter, and olive oil. 4. Combine mixture with the potatoes until each potato is coated completely. 5. Salt and pepper the potatoes and mix one last time. 6. Coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place potatoes in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. If a second pan is needed, use one. 7. Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes flip potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Flip again and repeat every 10 minutes until brown and crispy. Enjoy!
