Through slow mindful movements that improve anticipatory postural adjustments, Tai-Chi walking can significantly improve postural stability. This 30-Day challenge incorporates 5 minutes of Tai-Chi walking and while the goal is not 30 days in a row, but to finish 30 days of 5 minutes of Tai-Chi walking together.
