30-Minute Mini Ball Workout to Target Every Major Muscle Group! Welcome to Day 1 of our challenge! If you're joining me today, get ready for a full-body burn with just a mini ball. Mini ball exercises engage every major muscle group while also improving balance, coordination, core strength, flexibility, and posture. Using a stability ball forces you to activate muscles you might not typically use in bodyweight exercises—so while you’re sculpting your biceps, your rear delts are working hard too! If you’re new to using a stability ball, take your time to find your balance and start slow. There’s nothing worse than rolling onto your butt mid-exercise! Give yourself space to move the ball around and get comfortable before trying more complex movements. A great way to start? Simply sit on the ball and move your hips in small circles to get a feel for it. Once you’re ready, it’s time to get moving! Complete 10 to 15 reps of each exercise, depending on your fitness level. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress. This is about moving your body, feeling strong, and building confidence.
