This nice young family had a problem with standing water. The walkway and the old concrete patio are the lowest spots on their property. Their backyard is sloped towards the house and they are lower than the neighbor's driveway. We couldn't just raise the elevation of the patio and walkway. They have a low backdoor, the town is very strict that the water must be contained on their property and not discharge to the street. We also know that they have a high water table at about 12 inches. In this video the dry well / leach field / soakaway is installed. We install the paver patio using Cambridge 3 piece design kit in Sandstone color and we finish by adding a decorative stone walkway.
