But it's important to understand that our goal is not to get rid of emotions altogether; we need them! Emotions serve three essential functions: -To motivate action -To communicate to others -To communicate with ourselves In this video, we'll explore how emotions work and why they're crucial in our everyday lives. We’ll also discuss how emotions themselves are neither “good” nor “bad.” Evaluating them negatively only leads to suppression, which ultimately makes things worse.
