Inspired by the research of Dr. Stacy Sims and movement principles from Matt Casturo with The Movement System this workout blends lateral strength, hinge mechanics, and posterior chain activation. In today’s workout: • Side-to-side lunges for frontal plane strength • Romanian deadlifts (RDLs) for posterior chain power • Plié squats for inner thigh and pelvic support • Long lever hamstring bridges for deep glute + hamstring strength We train across planes.
