Insomnia Client Success Story | How to Overcome Insomnia Through Developing Sleep Skills for Life I had the pleasure of sitting down with Melissa, a former client, and Monica from EQ Brains, who kindly hosted this discussion. Together, we explored what it really takes to move from years of struggling with sleep to developing the confidence and tools to overcome insomnia naturally and enjoy consistent, great quality rest. Melissa’s journey is an inspiring insomnia success story. When we first met, she was exhausted and frustrated. Like many others, she had tried every tip and piece of advice she could find online. Some nights were better than others, but her sleep was unpredictable and never fully restful. Through our work together, she learned how to train herself to sleep again by understanding her body, mind and personality, and putting practical steps in place that truly worked for her. In this masterclass, we go behind the scenes of the seven-step sleep coaching process that I use to help clients fully overcome long-term sleep problems and insomnia. It’s a practical framework that takes you from frustration to calm, confident nights where sleep feels natural again. We start by understanding your sleep and what’s really happening.
