Just pour in water and roast for about 1 hour and 45 mins in the oven at 180 C or 350 F. • THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO FOOD PREPPING - How ... ♥♥♥ SWEET POTATO ♥♥♥ 1. Peel and dice 2 large sweet potatoes. 2. Spray with butter and season with chilli 3. Roast for 40 - 45 minutes in the oven at 180 C or 350 F. ♥♥♥ CORN BREAD ♥♥♥ Ingredients kernals from 6 corn cobs or 6 cups (1350 g) of sweetcorn 4 eggs 3 onions 1 cup (180g) polenta 1 cup (100grams) shredded tasty cheese salt and pepper butter or oil spray Method 1. Thaw your sweetcorn if frozen 2. Peel and dice onions 3. Add onion, eggs, polenta, cheese and sweetcorn to your food processor. (I used a vitamix blender and just blended it in smaller batches) 3. Season well (and I mean really well!) with salt and pepper. 4. Spray a pan with some oil/butter and pour in sweetcorn mixture 5. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 C or 350 F before leaving to cool. (The top should be firm and the middle should not be squishy!) The cornbread made a really delicious low carb addition to the soup. ♥♥♥ TOMATO SOUP ♥♥♥ (You should consider doubling the quantities of this recipe an freezing it. It is super delicious!) Ingredients 14 tomatoes (1500g) vine ripened tomates (chopped into wedges) 2 carrots (peeled and diced) 2 zucchinis (peeled and diced) 3 tbs tomato, basil and garlic Mrs Dash seasoning (use DISCOUNT CODE SBC 515 to buy this seasoning or anything else on www.iherb.com ) 3 onions (peeled and diced)0 3 veggie stock cubes 3 tbs tomato sauce puree (I just used organic ketchup from www.iherb.com ) honey to taste butter or oil spray 5 cups (1200 ml) boiling water basil leaves or chives to garnish Method 1. Heat pan on medium heat and add butter spray or oil. 2. Toss in your onions, zucchini, tomatoes and carrots. 3. After 5 minutes, add tomato puree, water, stock cubes, Mrs dash seasoning and honey. 4. Leave the soup to simmer gently on a low heat for 20 minutes. 5. Use food processor to blend the soup smooth and garnish with basil leaves/chives. ♥♥♥ SIMPLE SALAD BOXES ♥♥♥ Choose whatever you fancy!
