This dynamic leg Tabata workout will help runners build leg power. Great for runners looking to level up their running speed. No equipment required - just use your high energy and a will to improve! Best suited for intermediate users. The moves are complex and super fun. It's not your typical 20:10 Tabata either - this one uses a 30:30 interval with 30 seconds of hard work followed with 30 seconds of ACTIVE rest. You are always moving, but make sure you take the 1 minute rest in between each 4-minute Tabata block so you are recovered for the next time we go. The routine includes a warm-up, 4 Tabata rounds, and a cool down stretch. Make sure you have water and a sweat towel.
