From a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, menstrual discomfort often relates to Qi and Blood stagnation in the lower jiao, the lower abdomen, pelvis, and lower back. This practice is designed to encourage flow, circulation, and nervous system calm without forcing or stretching.
