We are officially leveling up your performance as we move to a standing workout. Today’s session is designed to optimize your mechanics and increase resilience, helping you unlock your next tier of functional power while remaining gentle on the joints.The warm up and cool down will still be performed on our chairs. This is a beginner-friendly rehabilitation and senior workout performed at a manageable intensity. We will be using light dumbbells to build strength safely. Format: 40 seconds of movement / 20 seconds of rest. Equipment: A sturdy chair for balance and a pair of light dumbbells. Focus: Foundation rebuilding and confident, low-impact movement. Endeavour to complete this session twice a week to truly reap the benefits, including increased bone density, improved cardiovascular health, and a significant boost in your daily energy levels. You are almost there! You’ve spent five weeks gaining strength, mobility, and confidence.
