This is a pivotal exercise from the mini-series of videos about "How to Regress" the various exercises from my Functional Military-Style (FMS) Training System 🪖 In this episode we're taking a look at a couple of ways you can start making progress with your Dips! 💪😎 Not just an exercise for Gymnasts and Old Skool Bodybuilders, the oft-overlooked but mighty Dip is an absolute must to master!! [0:20] - Band-Assisted Dips [1:17] - Bench Dips The key with the Band is to really focus on control & speed (doing them slowly), otherwise it will just propel you and give you extra momentum, which is NOT what you need. You want a little assist, not a turbo boost! 🙉 One of the best things you can do (I allude to this with the Bench Dips) is what could effectively be considered a "Drop Set" - so, try even just one or two with your bodyweight, then use the Band...
