In this week's session, get ready to dive into a dynamic FULL BODY CALISTHENICS WORKOUT. We're about to embark on a challenging journey that will push your limits and ignite your fitness. We're setting the clock for 21 minutes, with a series of intense exercises to tackle. You'll work through 5 exercises, each lasting 60 seconds, followed by a quick 10 seconds of recovery. Completing 3 rounds will have you sweating and feeling pumped! No equipment needed for this session – just your body and some floor space. Here's what's on the agenda: 1.Pop Up Push Up 2.
