Train With Intention | Kettlebell KICKSTART Series – Week 2 Week 2 is about slowing things down and leaning into control. Longer work periods, steady pacing, and focused reps designed to build muscle endurance, joint stability, and mental discipline. This isn’t about rushing through reps. It’s about moving with purpose, feeling the muscles work, and reinforcing strong habits that last. You’re continuing to build the foundation—layer by layer. Workout Structure: 2 Rounds | ~30 Minutes 60 sec work / 30 sec rest You’ll need: 1x Kettlebell (I’m using 20kg) Exercises: • Hard-Style Swing • Goblet Squat • Half-Kneeling Strict Press (Left) • Half-Kneeling Strict Press (Right) • Bent-Over Row (Left) • Bent-Over Row (Right) • Goblet Curl • Half-Kneeling Windmill (Left) • Half-Kneeling Windmill (Right) • Push-Up to Plank-Hold Kettlebell Tap Slow down.
