It’s a great little handheld device that Bluetooth connects to your phone, and is perfect for testing strength in all types of body parts. 💪 Great news is my strength has increased well over the last four week. And it’s awesome to visually see the difference in kilograms of peak force - to back up and match the feeing you have when it’s being tested.
