During my challenge, I had 7 daily tasks to complete: 1. Weigh myself 2. Drink 1 gallon of water 3. Eat 100g of protein 4. Work out for an hour 5. Spend at least 20 minutes outdoors 6. Read 10 pages 7. Post a TikTok I successfully completed 6 of the daily tasks all 30 days, and the reading I completed 28/30 days. The highest weight I saw during the challenge was 167.7 and the lowest weight I saw was 162.4. The water goal was pretty easy for me since I typically drink around a gallon of water a day. I did struggle with the protein goal, especially in the beginning, and found myself needing to force myself to eat extra at the end of a few days to hit my goal. For workouts and spending time outside, I had no issues, and even did over 2 hours of activity in a day. I typically chose to walk for my exercise. I finished The Psychology of Money and started a new book, and posted a daily TikTok, resulting in a growth of about 500 followers!
