We don't always need a huge amount of time to workout a muscle group. For just 5 minutes we focus on the OBLIQUES - the muscles down the sides of the core that help stabilise the spine, rotate the torso and prevent lower back pain. There are 10 exercises that we do for 30 seconds each, with no resting. This way we fatigue the muscles, asking them to build back stronger after recovery. You'll certainly break a bit of a sweat doing this class and maybe even feel those muscles shaking as they get tired. But just remember you'll be working towards a flat stomach and toned abs, so keep going! Come back to it regularly to get the best results.
