Today, we are doing a 30 minute lower body workout focused on quads & thighs. Quick, sweaty, and intense, with both weighted & bodyweight exercises included! I used a single dumbbell pair throughout (35 lbs), but please pick a weight that is challenging to you individually. SUGGESTED WARMUP: • 10 Min Warm up Routine For Home | No Jumpi...
