Total Calm is a deeply restorative yoga practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and fully relax. This gentle sequence uses just five supported poses and a bolster to guide the body into rest — without effort, goals, or expectations. There is nothing to achieve here. No stretching to push into. No strength to build. Just time and space to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and allow your body to restore itself naturally. We begin with a supported savasana, placing the bolster along the spine to gently open the chest and invite ease. From there, we move into supported twists, cradling the legs on the bolster to release the lower back and soothe the nervous system. The practice continues with a supported bridge pose, offering gentle opening without strain, and closes with a final savasana, the bolster placed under the knees for complete comfort and grounding.
