Hip Flexor Care is a focused yoga flow designed to strengthen and support the psoas, quads and the entire hip complex - areas that are often tight, weak, or overlooked in daily movement and modern lifestyles. This practice works mainly close to the ground, starting from a seated position with 90-degree legs, where we explore subtle yet powerful actions: lifting one foot at a time, then gradually elevating the hips. These controlled movements awaken deep muscles that don’t usually get much attention.
