Relieve low back tension gently and safely with this 25 minute embodied gentle yoga flow for the low back.This slow, nurturing class is designed to calm soften tension in the hips and spine and support natural healing — without forcing or pushing the body. In this gentle yoga class, we move slowly, guided by breath, sensation and nervous-system awareness. This practice is ideal if you experience:• chronic or occasional low back pain• stiffness in the hips or spine• tension from stress or long periods of sitting• sensitivity, fatigue or a need for deep rest• a desire for trauma-informed movement Rather than stretching aggressively, this practice invites the body to unwind naturally through somatic movement, breathwork and long pauses. You’ll be supported in listening to your body, resting when needed and moving only within a comfortable, pain-free range. This practice includes:• Gentle supine spinal movements• Somatic hip and low-back release• Breath-led mobility for the spine• Supported child’s pose and bridge• A deeply calming final relaxation This class is beginner-friendly and suitable for most bodies. Props are encouraged to support comfort and ease.
