Many productive citizens are facing dilemmas about comparing their current job versus their passion. Some people say that we have to work what we love, while others say vice versa, we have to love what we are working. In his talk, Samuel will talk about how should we identify and get to know ourselves in our current situation in order to understand if we should follow what we called as a passion. Samuel Ray is an HR professional with a career spanning 10 years. Through his Instagram account, well known as @srl789, Samuel regularly invites netizens to share personal experiences about the world of work, starting from the difficulty of finding work, how to navigate office politics, and other intricacies of urban life. His first book titled "Lagi Probation", published by Gramedia Pustaka Utama, tells an open and simple story about the process of looking for work, as well as Samuel's initial journey as a job seeker. This book has become a national bestseller after being reprinted three times as many as 7,000 copies and occupying the chart of the top 10 bestselling books in the non-fiction category of Gramedia.
