Impressive Blueberry Cream Cheese Sweet Buns For the yeast mixture 1tbsp yeast 1c warm milk 1tbsp. sugar Mix all ingredients together well in a very large bowl and let sit 10 minutes For the dough 4c flour 1tsp salt 4tbsp. melted butter 1/2c sugar 2 eggs Add all ingredients to the yeast mixture and mix well. Turn onto a floured surface and knead as in video. Cover and rise for about a half hour. Shape as in video and let rise for one hour. Make a well in the center of each dough ball. Scoop the filling (filling below) into each well equally and add the crumb mixture (crumb mixture below) over the top of the cream mixture. Allow to rest covered for a half hour. Bake in a 350 degree oven for a half hour and are very golden. For the filling 4tbsp. warmed and not chilled cream cheese 1tsp. vanilla 1 egg yolk 2.5tbsp. sugar blueberries about a half cup Beat well and set aside. For the crumble topping 2tbsp. flour 1tbsp. sugar 1tbsp. butter (can be cold or room temp). Mix together with your fingers to make it crumble together.
