Unexpected 37s. Route Learning and RHTT Around Carlisle 06 Oct 25

Monday 6th October and I spent time looking for a Class 37 - and saw two - plus route learning for January 2026's closure south of Penrith and one of the day's two Rail Head Treatment Trains. I spent time at Carlisle's Citadel Station as well as walking down to St Nicholas Bridge and London Road Tunnel to see these trains on the Newcastle line and the Settle Carlisle line. We see Two class 37 a Clas 57 three class 70s class 66s an 88 plus pendolinos and TransPennine 802s and 397s. The times shown on clips are for guidance only and shouldn't be taken as definitive.
