Allison graduated from Saybrook in 2019 with a PhD in mind-body medicine. Currently, she is a Wellness Specialist for the United States Capitol Police. She previously served as Wellness Coordinator for the Department of Defense at a program for active duty military with traumatic brain injury. She has spent the majority of her career providing mind-body therapy services to veterans and military personnel, but most recently has been providing trauma-informed care to law enforcement. Allison holds master’s degrees in psychology and dance/movement therapy, is a registered yoga teacher, and is a board-certified dance/movement therapist.
