Recently, there have been unfortunate events in South Korea. The tragic decision of actress Kim Sae-ron and the passing of singer Wheesung have left many in deep sorrow. These incidents serve as a stark reminder of the serious mental health issues in our society. It is crucial for each of us to take care of our mental well-being. Even minor anxieties or panic episodes can disrupt our emotional state and threaten our mental health, so it is important to manage and address them proactively. In this video, I will introduce breathing techniques and meditation practices that are effective in alleviating anxiety and panic symptoms. By developing the habit of managing anxiety before it escalates, we can avoid the illusion that "life is over" when faced with overwhelming feelings. Maintaining a sense of stability and calm allows us to slowly discover new possibilities and recognize that we still have the strength to move forward. This is the significant benefit of meditation and self-awareness. When our minds are more stable, we can shift our perspective from "life is over" to "there are still options and paths to explore," fostering a positive change in our outlook. The purpose of this meditation is to cultivate a sense of calm and space in our minds, freeing us from being overwhelmed by our situations, thoughts, and emotions.
