The equipment you'll need; Equipment: Mixing Bowl - https://amzn.to/469udSA Mixer - https://amzn.to/3riJmCp Muffin Tin/Cupcake Pan - https://amzn.to/3RwOvBo Muffin Liners (papers) - https://amzn.to/3t4fSsn Spatula or Spoon - https://amzn.to/3Lo1emc Cooling Rack - https://amzn.to/466HVGc Raisin Bran and Banana Muffins Recipe: Ingredients: 4 cups Raisin Bran 2/3 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup butter 2 bananas, frozen and thawed 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix Raisin Bran and buttermilk. Allow it to sit and soften. Cream together butter and sugar. Add thawed bananas and eggs to the creamed mixture. Mix until well combined. Incorporate salt, baking soda, vanilla extract, chopped pecans, and all-purpose flour into the banana mixture. Mix until just combined. Fill muffin cups about halfway with the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until a fork inserted comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool before serving. Enjoy your delicious Raisin Bran and Banana Muffins!
