Fit in 4 WORKOUT: CHEST & BACK | 16 Minutes | No Equipment | Follow Along For A Strong Upper Body

In this FIT IN 4 series, we will be working different muscle groups harder than usual to promote muscle strength, size, power and endurance. Each class is focussed on a different muscle group, with this one being for the CHEST & BACK muscles, mainly targeting the pecs, lats, traps, and rhomboids. You don't need any equipment for this class so it can be done anywhere! There are 4 different exercises that we repeat for 4 sets. This gives us a chance to work on good form as we come back to each exercise, but also takes the muscles towards failure, meaning they are more likely to build back bigger and stronger. Each exercise lasts for 45 seconds before we rest for 15 seconds. Since we barely rest during the whole 16-minute session we will work up a sweat and start burning body fat as we build muscle. Come back to this class regularly to see the best results. This is part of a series, so I suggest following a different class for each day of the week. That way by the end of the week you will have had a full body strengthening experience. The classes can be done on their own or as a warm up before a longer strengthening session. Play around and see what works best for you!
