This body weight, no rest workout will strengthen all areas of your core - upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and deep core. You will have just 5 seconds to transition between exercises and the total active exercise time is 10 minutes. If at any point you cannot continue an exercise, take a small break and pick back up as soon as you can! This is meant to be challenging but if you stick with these workouts over time you'll be getting that soccer player six pack you desire. You'll have a timer in the top left corner of the screen so you can see at all times how much time is left in each exercise. You will also have audio cues to let you know when there is 5 seconds left in an exercise and when you have 5 seconds to transition between exercises. Additionally in the 5 seconds transition period you will see what exercise is coming up next.
