In my previous video (link below and in the cards) I motivated identifying your AeT and AnT (Anaerobic Threshold) in order to properly set up your hear rate intensity zones so we can accurately track how hard we are training. I also found my AeT! In this video I use the indoor version of Anaerobic self-assessment test outlined by the Uphill Athlete (link below) to try to pin point my AnT. This was my first attempt at finding it and I did not end well. The idea is to find the maximal heart rate that you can sustain for a medium duration run (30 minuets to 1 hour). Finding this point requires pushing through the pain of such a hard workout and suffering a whole lot...
