In this workout we are doing some Pilates inspired low-impact cardio exercises using just our bodyweight. There is no jumping but it will get your heart rate up and you may even get a little bit of sweat! These exercises also give you some light strength training and the feeling of being stretched and not so tight. This workout is great to do if you need a boost of energy in a short amount of time. I also like adding this to a strength training workout as a warm up or to help with stretching the muscles after.
