Plank jack shoulder taps (4) & plank hops (2) 2. Bear crawl and twisted pistons (or Russian twist) 3. Bosu 3 groiners and 2 oh switch lunges 4. Alt T stand hip dip 5. Bosu Oblique Plank hops/ frog hop and 180 Superset 1: 4 x 1. Round world lat pull down x 10 2. Seated single arm front press x 8 *10 SA plank hop SA snatch in between set (Jen did 1 arm per set)* Repeat HIIT Superset 2: 4 x 1. Narrow hammer chest press x12 2.
