Classic Japanese home cooking - meat and potato stew! This dish is rich in ingredients, with a rich soup, dense potatoes and tender meat. It is a delicious dish that makes people feel warm and satisfied. 【Material】 Pig plum blossom---600 grams Onion---1/2 Potatoes---2 pieces Carrot---1 piece Green peas (or frozen edamame) --- 50g 【Sauce】 Water --- 150 cc Soy sauce---50cc Mirin---30cc Rice wine---1 tsp Salt---a little 【practice】 1. Peel the onion and cut into half-moon shaped slices. Peel the carrot and cut into dice. Peel the potato and cut into dice and soak in water to prevent it from turning black. Cut the pork belly into pieces and use a little rice wine to remove the fishy smell. 2. Add a little oil in the pan and fry onions. 3. Move the onions aside, add the meat and fry both sides. 4. Add carrots and stir-fry, then add the sauce and mix well. Cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes. 5. Add potatoes and edamame, stir briefly and cook for another 15 minutes. 6.
