INTENSE DUMBBELL CIRCUIT - Test yourself with this advanced dumbbell workout designed to challenge your strength and conditioning. This crossfit conditioning workout is perfect for all my ladies (and gents) who want to build muscle, cut body fat and improve their cardio fitness. You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this conditioning workout.
