My daily meals include simple, high-protein meals that are easy to prep and satisfying. This high protein meal plan helps me fuel my body, build and maintain lean muscle, support fat loss, and feel strong. Now of course not everyday is perfect like this, but eating this way consistently has helped me stay lean since achieving my body recomposition goal about 1 1/2 years postpartum with my second son.
