Sculpt your arms, back, and abs with this quick and effective 20-minute upper body & core Pilates workout! Welcome to Day 2 (and Day 6!) of the Summer Sweat & Sculpt Challenge 💪☀️ This workout targets arms (shoulders, biceps, triceps), upper back & posture muscles and abs & deep core strength. This routine includes a gentle warm-up, focused upper body and deep core work, and a cool-down stretch to leave you feeling strong, centered, and energized — all in 20 minutes. I’m using 3lb hand weights, but feel free to go lighter, heavier, or weightless depending on how you're feeling today. 💡 Trainer Tip: Pair this quick sculpting session with 20–30 minutes of cardio (like a walk, run, or bike ride) to boost fat burn and build endurance. 🧘♀️ Equipment: Light dumbbells or ankle weights (I’m using 3lbs) A mat and water nearby 👉 You’re doing amazing!
