Roasted Potatoes with Homemade Lule-Kebab 🍢🥔 Ingredients: For the Potatoes: 6-7 medium potatoes Salt & black pepper (to taste) Smoked paprika Olive oil For the Meat (Lule-Kebab): 600g Ground meat (beef, lamb, or mixed) 1 Onion, finely chopped or grated 300g Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or dill) Salt, black pepper, and paprika (to taste) Instructions: Prep the Potatoes: Slice the potatoes into wedges. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated. Prepare the Meat: In a large bowl, mix the ground meat with chopped onion, fresh herbs, and spices. Pro Tip: Knead and "slap" the meat (throw it back into the bowl) for about 10 minutes. This develops the protein structure so the kebab stays on the skewer. Chill: Let the meat rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Assemble: Arrange the seasoned potatoes and sliced onions in a baking dish. Shape the Kebabs: Using wooden skewers, shape the meat into long kebabs (as shown in the video). Place the skewers directly on top of the potatoes. Bake: Roast in a preheated oven at 220°C (430°F) for 25 minutes until the meat is juicy and the potatoes are golden.
