If you've ever strained your groin or inner thigh, you’ll know how incredibly tender it can be and how long it takes to feel safe to use again. It’s a great low intensity way to get the muscles working again in the safest way possible. The Copenhagen Plank is often recommended for rehab, but if you’re injury was recent or very severe, this can be too intense right off the bat. It can take a little shifting about to make sure you’re feeling it in the right, but when you get the hang of it, you’ll be able to build your strength in no time at all! You can hit this every day – even as a nice warm up for squats! The adductors are responsible for some many things and that’s why The Simplistic Mobility Method focuses on them heavily.
