Subscribe to Masala TV Recipes here: https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Start your morning with a delightful mix of sweetness and savory goodness in this episode of Masala Mornings with Chef Shireen Anwar! 🥐🍇🍗✨ Indulge in a fusion of flavors that combine classic European-inspired dishes with a touch of desi magic. 🥐 Blueberry Croissant Pudding – Fluffy croissants layered with juicy blueberries, baked into a rich and creamy pudding — perfect for breakfast or dessert lovers. 🍗 Café De Paris Chicken – Succulent chicken coated in the famous Café De Paris butter sauce, infused with herbs and a touch of spice — a gourmet treat at home! ✨ Treat yourself to the ultimate breakfast-meets-lunch experience — only on Masala TV! 👩🍳 Chef: Shireen Anwar 📺 Show: Masala Mornings 📅 Onair Date: 23 Oct 2025 📌 Channel: Masala TV CAFÉ DE PARIS CHICKEN Ingredients Chicken boneless breast ½ kg Marinate with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, all 1 tsp each Grill chicken strips in 2 tbsp oil Ingredients for Sauce Spring onions finely chopperise 3 Parsley fresh chopperise 3 tbsp Thyme fresh chopperise ¼ cup Garlic pastes 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Pomegranate molasses 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Mustard paste 2 tsp Curry powder 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Butter 4 ounce French fries to serve Fresh greens to serve Garlic bread to serve Cream 2 tbsp METHOD Finely chopperise spring onions, parsley and thyme. Heat 4 ounce butter, add garlic paste, mustard paste, curry powder, crushed red pepper, add chopperise green paste with lemon juice, sauté for 2 mins, add vinegar, molasses, lastly add 2 tbsp cream, put chicken on a wooden platter, serve with fries, drizzle sauce over chicken fillet, serve with garlic bread and greens. BLUEBERRY CROISSANT PUDDING Ingredients Butter croissants 3 cut into ½ inch slices Eggs 3 Cream cheese 1 tub Vanilla essence 1 tsp Blueberries dried or frozen1 cup Sugar 2/3 cup Milk 1 ½ cup Cream 1 cup METHOD In a baking dish put croissant slices and sprinkle with blue berries.
