This is one of the ways that we train conditioning inside my programs — a simple yet powerful way to build endurance while also improving mobility, stability, and a base of strength . Start mindfully. Begin with the static positions and make sure this is something you can safely do right now. Most adults are surprised by how challenging this can be! I usually consider this a conditioning routine for my intermediate clients, but if you’re not there yet, working toward it will be great progress. This routine will put you in a better place to handle day-to-day activities — and enjoy your favorite sports with more confidence and less fatigue.
