Hi friends ❤ Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! Today's class is a 15 min morning yoga practice to help you stretch out the body and get into the flow of the day. We will focus on connecting to our breath while stretching all major group muscles through movement and flow. If you feel the need to take a break at anytime throughout the practice, please go ahead and do that and join back in whenever you're ready. Modify your practice however is necessary for you - for instance, if balance is off while we get into our balancing postures, simply use the wall for extra support!
