Get ready for a 30-minute full body workout with dumbbells at home — perfect if you want a low impact routine with no jumping and no repeats. This session is designed to build strength, tone your muscles, and keep you moving without putting stress on your joints. Workout Structure: • Warm Up — 5 exercises, 30 sec work / 10 sec rest • Main Workout — 45 sec work / 15 sec rest • Cool Down — 5 exercises, 30 sec work / 10 sec rest • 2 breaks — 30 seconds each Equipment: Dumbbells — choose the weight that matches your fitness level. • I’m using 6 lb (3 kg) dumbbells for most moves, but I’m also comfortable training with up to 10–12 lb (5 kg). • If you have a set of dumbbells, go heavier (18–22 lb / 8–10 kg) for lower body exercises and lighter (6–12 lb / 3–5 kg) for upper body. • Remember: the heavier the weights, the more challenging the workout. If you’re just starting out, begin light and increase the weight in your next session. This workout is suitable for all fitness levels.
