✨ The full 7-Day Morning Yoga Series is now FREE here on YouTube! Watch the full playlist here → • 7-Day Morning Yoga Series Good morning and welcome to day 4 of this yoga challenge. Today’s class is a gentle Yin Yoga practice. Our focus is on releasing tension from the entire body, allowing ourselves to start the day with calmness and ease. We’ll move through a series of asanas, holding each one for a couple of minutes to give our muscles and fascia the time to soften and release. Remember to breathe deeply and listen to your body. Some discomfort is normal in yin but if at any point you feel any sharp sensations, numbness or tingling, please adjust or skip the pose entirely if needed. This class can either be done as a standalone practice, or as part of a 7-day challenge. Thank you so much for joining me. Have a beautiful day.
