Two WODwell alumni (Zach and Caleb) and Molly took on the "Open 16.2" workout together right after it was announced. Molly was confident with the first round barbell weight but got hung up on the toes-to-bar and double-unders which kept her from getting back to the bar in round 2. Caleb is the strongest of the three athletes but said his conditioning wasn't where he wanted it to be, so he barely missed getting through the 2nd round of cleans. Zach was able to keep moving quickly through the toes-to-bar and double-unders to get back to the barbell for the 3rd round, where he banged out 4 attempts for 3 good reps at 225 lbs. This marks 3 years straight that Flagship athletes have been featured in a WODwell Open video, but this time we filmed at their new upper Market location on Church St in San Francisco.
