FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS - All you need is 30 minutes and this full body workout to tone and sculpt from head to toe. You'll just need a set of dumbbells to complete this 30 minute workout. I used 1 set of 5kg dumbbells but you could use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. There is 1 circuit to work through.
