We see a lot of athletes, runners, and folks just like myself stuck in extension-based postures. This means they are completely unable to control the tilt of their pelvis, which often makes the hamstrings feel "tight", and puts extra pressure on the lumbar spine. We like to take a skill-based approach to attacking this. Teach people how to get out of extension and move with more control. Check out this series of exercises for some ideas on where to start!
