Level 1-2 (Experienced beginner): Not a complete beginner but have less than 3 months of consistent yoga practice and / or general fitness. Beginning to recognize some of the most basic yoga terms is helpful but not required. Level 2 (Experienced beginner / Intermediate): Recommended to have at least 3 months of yoga practice (2-3 times a week) and / or general fitness. General knowledge of yoga terms is helpful but not required. Level 2-3 (Experienced Intermediate / Advanced): Recommended to have at least 1 year of a strong yoga practice (3 times a week) AND an intermediate fitness level. Knowledge of yoga terms is helpful but not required.
